Massachusetts Mutual Life Insurance Co., better-known as MassMutual, has disclosed a $100 million investment into Bitcoin.
JPMorgan has marked the event as a milestone for adoption, saying it is a sign of growing mainstream acceptance for Bitcoin.
MassMutual has also taken a $5 million stake in Bitcoin-focused financial services firm NYDIG.
Crypto startup Lumi have announced that their app will be accepting Apple Pay as a payment method for Bitcoin , Ether and a wide variety of decentralized finance (DeFi) tokens on Ethereum.
The wallet will limit purchases for US users to $500 per week and a maximum of $5,000 per year, whereas international limits are slightly higher at $1,000 per week and $7,500 per year.
UK payments company Revolut will be adding four new cryptocurrencies to its platform, in addition to their current offering.
EOS, OMG, XTZ and ZRX will be added for buying and selling within their platform, which already offers support for BTC, ETH, LTC, XLM, BCH and XRP.
