Coinbase Pro has enabled deposits for Dogecoin (DOGE), in preparation for launching DOGE trading on or after 9AM Pacific Time (PT) on June 3.
The exchange has stated that trading will only go live provided that sufficient liquidity is accumulated before the planned launch time.
The price of DOGE has already risen well above the 40 cent mark, sitting at 41.3 cents per coin at press time.
Decentralized finance (DeFi) protocol Aave has crossed $20 million in total value locked (TVL), as adoption of its layer-two version on Polygon picks up momentum.
