EIP-1559 Upgrade Goes Live on Ethereum Testnet

Ropsten has successfully upgraded with the fee market reforming Ethereum Improvement Proposal (EIP) 1559, and is currently live.  Live Burning of Ethereum Lead developer Tim Beiko tweeted earlier today that the first block, even though it took a while, was produced on the testnet. Following this, we can expect the Goerli testnet that is scheduled
