Fidelity Investments’ digital asset arm has secured a licence from the New York Department of Financial Services, which will enable them to offer their custody and trading services within the state.
Known as Fidelity Digital Assets, the subsidiary was launched in October last year to cater to financial institutions looking to enter the cryptocurrency space.
